Geoff Knight
Company Director
Geoff is the backbone of the company and his diligence in detail is what sets him apart. He is highly skilled in all aspects of event production and embraces new technology with great fervour. Geoff is very much a hands on person (not your typical company director) and sets a great example for the other staff members. His favourite saying is “Who says it can’t be done?” His electrical background has allowed him to design and manufacture the “Powa” power distribution system. Geoff is undoubtedly Powa’s great fearless leader.

Pat Kearney
Production Manager
Beginning his mixing career in Ballarat, Victoria in 1998 Pat has many years of experience in the design, touring, mixing and performance aspects of live sound. He has worked professionally as a sound engineer, production manager, and musician over the years, working with national and international acts.
In 2006 Pat began working at Powa Productions, a company aimed at providing high quality production, whilst presenting the best value to the artists, and production teams they work for.

Factory Manager
Scotty is extremely talented in all things mechanical. His many talents include: motor mechanic, roadcase manufacturer, set design, set construction and much more. If anything needs to be made, Scotty will make it ..... and incredibly well.

Darren Stott
Production Manager
Darren has worked in the AV and events industry for the last 15 years, starting with small local bands, then moving up through the industry to become a production manager. Working in the corporate AV area Darren perfected his eye for detail, communication and “the show must go on” approach. Darren sits as one of the leading production managers here at Powa Productions and continues to learn while making sure the client is the happiest person at the event.
